Blind Fate is a fun, live dating game show app inspired by the classic TV format. This policy explains how we handle your data when you use the app.

We collect only what's needed to run the game:

• Your name and location — entered when you join a game as a contestant. These are displayed to other players in that game session only.
• Your answers — the responses you type during a game are stored temporarily so the Picker can read them.
• Account information — if you sign in as a Picker, we store your email address and name via our authentication provider.

• To run game sessions in real time.
• To generate AI-powered answer suggestions (sent to our AI provider without personally identifiable information).
• To improve the app experience.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

Game data (names, answers, results) is stored in our database and may be retained indefinitely unless you request deletion. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from Account Settings.

We use the following third-party services:

• Base44 — our backend platform (authentication, database, hosting).
• AI providers — for generating game suggestions. Prompts do not contain your personal details.
• QR server API — to generate QR codes for joining games (no personal data is sent).

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact us or use the in-app account deletion feature.

We use session cookies for authentication. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are used.
